रूस और बांग्लादेश के बीच भारतीय रुपये में व्यापार करने का प्रस्ताव विचाराधीन है। इस योजना में एक खास पेमेंट सिस्टम बनाने की बात है। इसके तहत ढाका में एक रूसी बैंक की शाखा खोली जाएगी। इससे दोनों देशों के बीच पैसों का लेन-देन आसान होगा और वे डॉलर जैसी दूसरी बड़ी मुद्राओं पर कम निर्भर रहेंगे।
