This strategic investment, to be completed by February 2027, will be made in multiple tranches. Including a promoter group entity's stake, Senco Gold's overall holding will reach 79%, making August Jewellery a subsidiary. The acquisition aims to bolster Senco Gold's digital and omnichannel strategy, targeting young consumers and leveraging Melorra's e-commerce capabilities to complement existing strengths and achieve operational synergies.
