Himachal Pradesh E-Gazette Services Go Online From November 15

Himachal Pradesh's printing and stationery department will transition its name change and correction services in the e-Gazette to an online system starting November 15. This move replaces the current offline process, requiring applicants to submit applications, documents, and fees via a single window clearance system. Offline applications will no longer be accepted after the deadline. Applicants are advised to ensure accuracy in their details, as fees are non-refundable. Common Service Centres will charge Rs 50 plus GST, while the departmental publication fee remains Rs 120.

हिमाचल प्रदेश का मुद्रण एवं लेखन सामग्री विभाग 15 नवंबर से ई-गजट में नाम बदलने और सुधार की सेवाओं को ऑनलाइन सिस्टम में बदल देगा। यह कदम वर्तमान ऑफलाइन प्रक्रिया को बदल देगा, जिसमें आवेदकों को सिंगल विंडो क्लीयरेंस सिस्टम के माध्यम से आवेदन, दस्तावेज और शुल्क जमा करने होंगे। समय सीमा के बाद ऑफलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे। आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपने विवरण में सटीकता सुनिश्चित करें, क्योंकि शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर 50 रुपये प्लस जीएसटी लेंगे, जबकि विभागीय प्रकाशन शुल्क 120 रुपये रहेगा।
