Bengal opener Abhimanyu Easwaran, aged 31, continues to dream of playing for India in Tests despite repeated setbacks. Though selected for squads, he has yet to receive his Test debut cap. Easwaran remains focused on his game and leading Bengal to a Ranji Trophy title. He believes consistent performance is key to eventually earning his chance to represent India. बंगाल के ओपनर अभिमन्यु ईश्वरन, 31 साल के, बार-बार की निराशाओं के बावजूद भारत के लिए टेस्ट में खेलने का सपना देख रहे हैं। हालांकि उन्हें स्क्वाड में चुना गया है, लेकिन उन्हें अभी तक टेस्ट डेब्यू की कैप नहीं मिली है। ईश्वरन अपने खेल पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रहे हैं और बंगाल को रणजी ट्रॉफी जिताने का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं। उनका मानना है कि लगातार अच्छा प्रदर्शन करना आखिरकार भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करने का मौका पाने की कुंजी है। वह विभिन्न परिस्थितियों में तेजी से रन बनाने के लिए अपनी बल्लेबाजी की रेंज का विस्तार करने पर भी काम कर रहे हैं।
