An advocate has filed a complaint with the Karnataka Lokayukta against Excise Minister K.M. Shivalinge Gowda. A video clip of the remark, made on September 19 in Sakleshpur, has gone viral. The Lokayukta police have received the complaint and forwarded it to their head office in Bengaluru for further action.
