Egmore Residents Get New Sports Turf, Community Facilities

Egmore residents are set to benefit from several new public facilities, including multi-sports turfs in Santhosh Nagar, which are ready for inauguration. These turfs, funded by MLA constituency development funds, will offer football and basketball amenities initially. Additionally, construction is underway for a new anganwadi centre and gym, with completion expected next month. Two larger community facilities, a Muthalvar Padaippagam and another community hall, are also being built in Ward 58, with the former nearing 70% completion.
