Vizianagaram Real Estate Poised for Rapid Growth, Says CREDAI Vice-President

Vizianagaram is set for significant real estate expansion, according to CREDAI Andhra Pradesh Vice-President K.C.S. Bose. He stated that ongoing state government developmental projects, including an international airport and proposed data centres by Reliance and Google, will drive this growth. Property prices in Vizianagaram are currently much lower than in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada, with square foot costs around ₹4,000-₹4,500. The CREDAI Home Expo, inaugurated by MLA Aditi Vijayalakshmi, aims to showcase these opportunities to potential buyers.

क्रेडाई आंध्र प्रदेश के वाइस प्रेसिडेंट के.सी.एस. बोस के अनुसार, विजयनगरम में रियल एस्टेट का बड़ा विस्तार होने वाला है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार के चल रहे विकास प्रोजेक्ट, जिनमें एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा और रिलायंस व गूगल द्वारा प्रस्तावित डेटा सेंटर शामिल हैं, इस विकास को गति देंगे। विजयनगरम में प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतें फिलहाल विशाखापत्तनम और विजयवाड़ा की तुलना में काफी कम हैं, जहाँ प्रति वर्ग फुट की लागत लगभग ₹4,000-₹4,500 है। एमएलए अदिति विजयालक्ष्मी द्वारा उद्घाटन किए गए क्रेडाई होम एक्सपो का उद्देश्य संभावित खरीदारों को इन अवसरों को दिखाना है।
