A doctor in Bihar has paid a Rs 25 lakh bond amount to resign from her government service before completing the mandatory three-year tenure. Dr. Anjali Kumari, posted at Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital in Gaya, submitted her resignation after depositing the stipulated amount. This comes amid a shortage of specialist doctors in Bihar's government hospitals. Three other doctors have also resigned and had their resignations approved, with reasons ranging from securing central government jobs to personal causes.

बिहार में एक डॉक्टर ने तीन साल का अनिवार्य कार्यकाल पूरा करने से पहले सरकारी सेवा से इस्तीफा देने के लिए 25 लाख रुपये का बॉन्ड भुगतान किया है। डॉ. अंजलि कुमारी, जिन्हें गया के अनुग्रह नारायण मगध मेडिकल कॉलेज और अस्पताल में तैनात किया गया था, ने निर्धारित राशि जमा करने के बाद अपना इस्तीफा सौंप दिया। यह बिहार के सरकारी अस्पतालों में विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों की कमी के बीच हुआ है। तीन अन्य डॉक्टरों ने भी इस्तीफा दे दिया है और उनके इस्तीफे स्वीकृत कर लिए गए हैं, जिसके कारणों में केंद्र सरकार की नौकरी मिलना या व्यक्तिगत कारण शामिल हैं।
