Political parties in Tripura have united to demand legal action against social media influencer Amir Shokeen following a video that allegedly shows him racially harassing a tribal youth from Gomati district. The clip purportedly features Shokeen taunting the young man over his ethnicity and mocking Tripura. Chief Minister Manik Saha has directed the Tripura DGP to coordinate with Delhi Police for a thorough investigation. Opposition leaders have called for an apology and a joint protest in Delhi, emphasizing that such insults are intolerable.
