Two Migrant Workers Die in Andhra Pradesh Construction Site Accident

Two migrant workers from Ganjam district in Odisha died on Thursday after a hydraulic crane reportedly fell at a construction site in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Three other workers sustained injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment. The deceased have been identified as Santosh Pradhan and K Siba. Their families have requested the district administration to facilitate the return of their bodies for last rites. The labour officer confirmed that post-mortem examinations were completed, and the bodies are expected to reach their villages on Saturday morning.

ओडिशा के गंजाम जिले के दो प्रवासी मजदूर गुरुवार को आंध्र प्रदेश के गुंटूर में एक निर्माण स्थल पर कथित तौर पर हाइड्रोलिक क्रेन गिरने से मर गए। तीन अन्य मजदूर घायल हो गए और वर्तमान में उनका इलाज चल रहा है। मृतकों की पहचान संतोष प्रधान और के सिबा के रूप में हुई है। उनके परिवारों ने शवों को अंतिम संस्कार के लिए वापस लाने की सुविधा के लिए जिला प्रशासन से अनुरोध किया है। श्रम अधिकारी ने पुष्टि की कि पोस्टमार्टम परीक्षा पूरी हो चुकी है, और शवों के शनिवार सुबह उनके गांवों पहुंचने की उम्मीद है।
