Instead, project lists were circulated among members for signatures, bypassing discussions. An F&CC member stated the committee has met only once since its election last August. A senior MCM official defended the circulation method as valid, calling the works minor and unnecessary for discussion.

मानेसर नगर निगम (MCM) ने कथित तौर पर अपनी वित्त एवं अनुबंध समिति (F&CC) की बैठक बुलाए बिना ₹390 करोड़ की विकास परियोजनाओं को मंजूरी दे दी है। इसके बजाय, परियोजनाओं की सूची सदस्यों को हस्ताक्षर के लिए परिचालित की गई, जिससे चर्चाओं को दरकिनार कर दिया गया। F&CC के एक सदस्य ने कहा कि समिति ने पिछले अगस्त में चुनाव के बाद से केवल एक बार मुलाकात की है। यह प्रक्रिया परियोजनाओं की जांच पर सवाल उठाती है, खासकर जब इसकी तुलना उच्च सरकारी स्तरों से की जाती है जहाँ प्रस्तावों की गहन समीक्षा की जाती है।
