A 37-year-old engineer from Manchester, Pranjil Pathak, was found dead in a hotel jacuzzi in Gurugram's Sector 53. Hotel housekeeping discovered his body on Monday evening after he failed to check out. Police are investigating the cause of death, with initial suspicions pointing towards a possible cardiac arrest followed by drowning. A strip of medicine was recovered from his room and sent for forensic analysis. Pathak, who was engaged to be married next year, had been working remotely for a Swiss firm.
