Delhi Parks To Undergo Safety Audit Within Week

Following a gangrape incident in Kalkaji, Delhi's Lieutenant Governor has ordered a comprehensive safety audit of all city parks within one week. The audit will focus on ensuring adequate lighting, security, regular patrolling, and cleanliness. Delhi Police will strengthen beat patrolling and deploy 'pink police' personnel around parks. The DDA and MCD will collaborate with RWAs and other institutions for park maintenance, aiming to provide citizens with safe, clean, and accessible green.

कालकाजी में गैंगरेप की घटना के बाद, दिल्ली के लेफ्टिनेंट गवर्नर ने एक हफ्ते के अंदर शहर के सभी पार्कों का सुरक्षा ऑडिट कराने का आदेश दिया है। इसमें रोशनी, सुरक्षा, गश्त और सफाई पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा। दिल्ली पुलिस पार्कों के आसपास गश्त बढ़ाएगी और 'पिंक पुलिस' तैनात करेगी। DDA और MCD, RWAs के साथ मिलकर पार्कों के रखरखाव पर काम करेंगे ताकि लोगों को सुरक्षित और साफ-सुथरे पार्क मिल सकें।
