श्री सीमेंट लिमिटेड आंध्र प्रदेश में ₹6,700 करोड़ के प्रस्तावित निवेश के साथ अपने निवेश का काफी विस्तार करने की योजना बना रही है। कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों ने विशाखापत्तनम में उद्योग और वाणिज्य मंत्री टी.जी. भरत गुप्ता से मुलाकात कर इन विस्तार योजनाओं पर चर्चा की। ये निवेश विशेष रूप से कडप्पा, पालनाडु और अनाकापल्ली जिलों के लिए लक्षित हैं। इस पहल से स्थानीय आबादी के लिए लगभग 3,000 नए रोजगार और आजीविका के अवसर पैदा होने की उम्मीद है। सरकार ने राज्य में औद्योगिक विकास और निवेशक-अनुकूल माहौल को बढ़ावा देने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की है।
