CJP has written to the Delhi Police demanding information on the location and status of its national convenor Abhijit Dipke and two other leaders, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. The party alleges that the leaders were detained inside a plane after arriving in Delhi from Mumbai, and their whereabouts have been unknown for over 12 hours. CJP has accused authorities of denying access to lawyers and family members, calling the situation unacceptable and a violation of fundamental rights.
