Pakistan, Turkiye, and Saudi Arabia's Makkah defence alliance will convene an emergency meeting in Riyadh next week to address escalating Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia. Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar confirmed the session, noting it follows recent discussions among the three nations' foreign ministers at the UN General Assembly. The alliance's Strategic Political Defence Committee, comprising foreign and defence ministers and army chiefs, will focus on the regional security situation.
