A parliamentary committee has recommended that district administrations should not grant permission for rallies, processions, or public gatherings on days when major competitive examinations are scheduled. This suggestion aims to ensure a peaceful environment, smooth traffic flow, and prevent unnecessary disruptions for students. The committee stressed that such events can cause delays, leading students to miss their exams, rendering their year-long preparation futile. They also proposed allowing latecomers to take exams after signing a declaration, and conducting formalities before or after exam hours to avoid distracting students.
