Godrej Properties to Build Rs 6,000 Cr Luxury

Godrej Properties has entered into a development agreement to build a luxury housing project on a 2.5-acre land parcel in Marine Lines, South Mumbai. The project has an estimated overall revenue potential of around Rs 6,000 crore. Man Infraconstruction Ltd (MICL) is partnering with Godrej Properties for this development. MICL will recoup its existing investment of Rs 300 crore in the project. This collaboration aims to unlock the project's full potential and expand Godrej Properties' presence in the key Mumbai market.

गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीज मुंबई में 6,000 करोड़ का लग्जरी प्रोजेक्ट बनाएगी

गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीज ने साउथ मुंबई के मरीन लाइन्स में 2.5 एकड़ जमीन पर एक लग्जरी हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट बनाने के लिए एक डेवलपमेंट एग्रीमेंट किया है। इस प्रोजेक्ट से करीब 6,000 करोड़ रुपये के कुल रेवेन्यू की उम्मीद है। मैन इन्फ्राकंस्ट्रक्शन लिमिटेड (MICL) इस डेवलपमेंट में गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीज के साथ पार्टनरशिप कर रही है। MICL प्रोजेक्ट में अपने मौजूदा 300 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश की वसूली करेगी। इस सहयोग का उद्देश्य प्रोजेक्ट की पूरी क्षमता का उपयोग करना और प्रमुख मुंबई बाजार में गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीज की उपस्थिति का विस्तार करना है।
