Jyotiraditya Scindia Accuses Congress of Fighting for Chair, BJP for Democracy

Times of India · politics

Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has sharply criticized the Congress party, stating it is engaged in a battle for power while the BJP is fighting for democracy and national interest. Speaking at a program in Alwar, Scindia alleged that Congress's leadership, policy, and intent have become 'zero,' with the party solely focused on securing the 'chair.' He questioned the appropriateness of recent Congress protests and statements, suggesting the party's shrinking presence in major states reflects public sentiment. Scindia asserted that the BJP, in contrast, is working for the country's welfare.
