CSMIA will halt flight operations for six hours on November 19, from 11 am to 5 pm. This temporary closure is part of the airport's annual post-monsoon maintenance plan. Both runways, RWY 09/27 and RWY 14/32, will be non-operational to ensure safety and compliance with global aviation standards. The maintenance includes inspections and repairs of runway lighting, markings, and drainage systems. Airlines have been notified via a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) to adjust schedules.
