The Jharkhand High Court has overturned the state government's decision to cancel the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (JSSC CGL) 2023 examination. The court deemed the cancellation "unfair and unjust," particularly for successful candidates who had cleared the recruitment test. Justice Deepak Roshan set aside the notification that scrapped the examination, which was conducted on September 21 and 22, 2024. This ruling brings relief to thousands of aspirants awaiting their appointment to government posts. The investigation into alleged irregularities, however, continues separately.

झारखंड हाई कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार के झारखंड स्टाफ सिलेक्शन कमीशन कंबाइंड ग्रेजुएट लेवल (JSSC CGL) 2023 परीक्षा रद्द करने के फैसले को पलट दिया है। कोर्ट ने इस रद्द करने को "अनुचित और अन्यायपूर्ण" माना, खासकर सफल उम्मीदवारों के लिए जिन्होंने भर्ती परीक्षा पास की थी। जस्टिस दीपक रोशन ने 21 और 22 सितंबर, 2024 को आयोजित परीक्षा को रद्द करने वाली अधिसूचना को रद्द कर दिया। इस फैसले से सरकारी पदों पर नियुक्ति का इंतजार कर रहे हजारों उम्मीदवारों को राहत मिली है। हालांकि, कथित अनियमितताओं की जांच अलग से जारी रहेगी।
