Bombay HC Protects Ananya Panday's Personality Rights, Orders AI Content Takedown

The Bombay High Court has granted actress Ananya Panday relief by ordering the takedown of objectionable AI-generated content that infringes on her privacy and personality rights. Panday had approached the court alleging unauthorized use of her photographs and AI-made content by various businesses for product promotion. Justice Madhav Jamdar observed that the content violated her rights to privacy, publicity, and dignity. This ruling follows similar legal actions by other Bollywood personalities seeking to protect their image and identity from unauthorized commercial exploitation.
