The Gujarat education department has issued transfer and change-of-charge orders for 63 Class-II officers, sparking discussions about the timing and nature of the postings. The transfers include moving administrative officers to schools as principals and principals to the Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) with new duties. Notably, some officers transferred just 10 months ago are included again. The large-scale changes at GCERT, currently headed by an IAS officer, are particularly drawing attention. Further transfers of Class-I officers are anticipated after Diwali.

गुजरात शिक्षा विभाग ने 63 क्लास-II अधिकारियों के तबादले और चार्ज बदलने के आदेश जारी किए हैं, जिससे पोस्टिंग के समय और प्रकृति पर चर्चाएं तेज हो गई हैं। तबादलों में प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को स्कूलों में प्रिंसिपल के तौर पर और प्रिंसिपलों को गुजरात काउंसिल ऑफ एजुकेशनल रिसर्च एंड ट्रेनिंग (GCERT) में नई जिम्मेदारियों के साथ भेजा गया है। खास बात यह है कि कुछ अधिकारियों का तबादला केवल 10 महीने पहले हुआ था और उन्हें फिर से शामिल किया गया है। वर्तमान में एक IAS अधिकारी के नेतृत्व वाले GCERT में बड़े पैमाने पर बदलाव विशेष रूप से ध्यान आकर्षित कर रहे हैं। दिवाली के बाद क्लास-I के अधिकारियों के और तबादले होने की उम्मीद है।
