A low-pressure area over the Andaman Sea has intensified into a well-marked low-pressure system, currently located in the southeast Bay of Bengal. The system is expected to move west-northwestwards and may concentrate into a depression near the Andhra Pradesh coast by Saturday night. Further intensification over the west-central Bay of Bengal is predicted around November 2. Light to moderate showers are anticipated in many parts of Andhra Pradesh from November 2, with isolated showers expected earlier. Clarity on potential cyclone formation awaits further intensification.
