A drone attack sank a Maltese-flagged vessel, the Chelsea 3, off Bulgaria's Black Sea coast on Tuesday, with all 15 crew members rescued. This marks the second such incident in a week, following an earlier strike on October 6 that sank the Togo-flagged cargo ship Alfa Watan and damaged another vessel. Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev condemned the attacks, which occurred near Bulgarian territorial waters, and stated he would discuss the matter with the Nato secretary-general.
