Subramaniam, Intel India president, stated that teams in India are now involved in instruction set architectures, processor design, CPUs, GPUs, and firmware. This strategic shift over the past five years emphasizes architectural ownership and faster execution for Intel. The company is also focusing on sovereign artificial intelligence, skilling, and academic engagement in India, partnering with government bodies and companies on AI initiatives.
