Krisumi to Invest ₹1,300 Crore in Two Luxury Housing Phases in Gurugram

Krisumi Corporation, an Indo-Japanese real estate joint venture, has begun construction on two luxury residential phases in Gurugram's Sector 36A. The company plans to invest over ₹1,300 crore in these projects over the next five years, anticipating a revenue of more than ₹4,000 crore. These phases, named The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II, will feature 542 residential units, including two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. The development emphasizes Japanese spatial planning and nature-inspired design, aiming to strengthen Krisumi's presence in Gurugram's premium housing market.

इंडो-जापानी रियल एस्टेट ज्वाइंट वेंचर Krisumi Corporation ने गुरुग्राम के सेक्टर 36A में दो लग्जरी रेजिडेंशियल फेज का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया है। कंपनी अगले पांच सालों में इन प्रोजेक्ट्स में ₹1,300 करोड़ से ज़्यादा का निवेश करने की योजना बना रही है, जिससे ₹4,000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा का रेवेन्यू मिलने की उम्मीद है। इन फेज, जिनका नाम The Forest Reserve और The Forest Reserve-II है, में दो, तीन और चार बेडरूम वाले अपार्टमेंट सहित 542 रेजिडेंशियल यूनिट्स होंगी। इस डेवलपमेंट में जापानी स्पेस प्लानिंग और प्रकृति से प्रेरित डिज़ाइन पर ज़ोर दिया गया है, जिसका लक्ष्य गुरुग्राम के प्रीमियम हाउसिंग मार्केट में Krisumi की मौजूदगी को मजबूत करना है।
