Shakti Polytarp debuted on the BSE SME platform, trading at Rs 59.25, a slight increase from its issue price of Rs 59. The stock opened at Rs 58.90, a marginal discount to its IPO price. The company, which manufactures tarpaulin and shade nets, saw its IPO subscribed 11.20 times. Proceeds from the Rs 59 per share IPO will fund capital expenditure for plant and machinery, with the remainder for general corporate purposes.
