Narasimha and Alok Aradhe highlighted the absence of uniform rules for handling these funds, leading to ad-hoc management and inconsistent interest rates. This lack of standardization causes further litigation and increases the burden on courts. The court suggested a unified scheme, similar to the U.S.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि कोर्ट और ट्रिब्यूनल में जमा करोड़ों रुपये की सुरक्षा के लिए पूरे देश में एक कानून बनना चाहिए। जजों ने कहा कि इन पैसों को संभालने के लिए कोई एक जैसे नियम नहीं हैं, जिससे मनमानी होती है और ब्याज दरें भी अलग-अलग मिलती हैं। इससे और केस बढ़ते हैं और कोर्ट का बोझ भी। कोर्ट ने अमेरिका की तरह एक जैसी योजना बनाने का सुझाव दिया है।
