The DP World ILT20 Season 5 auction is set for October 1 in Dubai, featuring over 200 players from 23 countries. Prominent T20 stars like Babar Azam, Phil Salt, and Wanindu Hasaranga are in the player pool, divided into base price categories of $80,000, $40,000, and $10,000. Six franchises will use the auction to finalize their squads for the 34-match season running from November 21 to December 20. UAE players will also attract significant interest, with teams needing to field at least two local players per match.
