Personnel Dept Cancels FCI ED Suspension Order

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has cancelled the Food Ministry's order suspending an FCI Executive Director, deeming it legally non-existent. The officer has been ordered for immediate repatriation to his parent cadre. The suspension followed allegations of irregularities in rice sales, prompting the Food Ministry to initiate proceedings.

कार्मिक विभाग ने एफसीआई ईडी का निलंबन आदेश रद्द किया

कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग (DoPT) ने खाद्य मंत्रालय के उस आदेश को रद्द कर दिया है जिसमें FCI के एक कार्यकारी निदेशक को निलंबित किया गया था। DoPT ने इसे कानूनी रूप से अमान्य माना है। अधिकारी को तुरंत उनके मूल कैडर में वापस भेजने का आदेश दिया गया है। चावल की बिक्री में अनियमितताओं के आरोपों के बाद यह निलंबन हुआ था, जिसके चलते खाद्य मंत्रालय ने कार्रवाई शुरू की थी।
