A UN-backed expert panel has found reasonable grounds to believe US forces committed war crimes during the conflict against Iran. The panel cited two airstrikes, including one on a primary school in Minab that killed around 150 civilians. Another strike in Lamerd killed 22 people. The report, submitted to the UN Human Rights Council, adds to evidence that could be used in international courts. The Pentagon stated its investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
