Man Loses ₹2 Lakh to Fake E-Challan Scam

A man in Lucknow lost ₹2 lakh after clicking on a fake e-challan message containing an APK file sent via WhatsApp. The fraudsters allegedly maintained control of his phone for six days. Initially, a small amount was deducted from his credit card, but later ₹2 lakh was withdrawn from his account.
