Pharma Stocks Surge, BSE Healthcare Index Hits New

The BSE Healthcare index surged over 1 per cent, reaching a new intra-day high, driven by strong performances from Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. This sector has significantly outperformed the market, soaring 25 per cent year-to-date against the benchmark index's 4 per cent rise. Several pharma companies saw gains between 3-5 per cent, with Laurus Labs and Aurobindo Pharma hitting new highs.

हेल्थकेयर इंडेक्स 1% से ज़्यादा उछला और नए रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुँच गया। सन फार्मा, टॉरेंट फार्मा और ग्लेनमार्क फार्मा जैसी कंपनियों ने अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया। इस सेक्टर ने बाज़ार को पीछे छोड़ दिया है, साल की शुरुआत से अब तक 25% की बढ़त दर्ज की है, जबकि बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स सिर्फ 4% बढ़ा है। कई दवा कंपनियों के शेयर 3-5% बढ़े, लॉरस लैब्स और ऑरोबिंदो फार्मा भी नई ऊँचाइयों पर पहुँचे।
