Indian-Origin Cricketer Jeet Raval Retires From All Forms Of Professional Cricket At 38

New Zealand's former opening batsman, Jeet Raval, has announced his retirement from all formats of professional cricket ahead of the 2026-27 domestic season. The 38-year-old left-handed batsman played 24 Test matches for New Zealand between 2016 and 2020. Born in Gujarat, Raval also represented New Zealand in the 2021 World Test Championship final squad. He will now focus on his full-time career as a chartered accountant. Raval had a distinguished domestic career, scoring over 10,000 first-class runs and captaining Northern Districts to a Plunket Shield title.
