Supreme Court Declines Interim Stay on Bhojshala Order

The Supreme Court has refused to grant an interim stay on the Madhya Pradesh High Court's order regarding the Bhojshala complex. The High Court had previously directed the Archaeological Survey of India to conduct a scientific survey of the disputed site. The apex court acknowledged the sensitive nature of the matter and stated it would hear the case further.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भोजशाला परिसर मामले में मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर तुरंत रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है। हाई कोर्ट ने पहले भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (ASI) को विवादित स्थल का वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले की संवेदनशीलता को समझा और कहा कि वह इस पर आगे सुनवाई करेगा।
