Abhijit Dipke Arrested; AISA President Neha Bohra Released By Delhi Police

Delhi Police has arrested Abhijit Dipke, founder of CJP, under sections 126/170 of BNSS. He will be presented before the Special Executive Magistrate Court today, where police will argue he violated peace bond conditions. AISA president Neha Bohra, also detained, was released and criticized the law and order situation, questioning the legality of overnight detentions, especially for women. She alleged that police denied her access to legal counsel for several hours after her detention.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने सीजेपी के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके को बीएनएसएस की धारा 126/170 के तहत गिरफ्तार किया है। उन्हें आज विशेष कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट न्यायालय में पेश किया जाएगा, जहां पुलिस तर्क देगी कि उन्होंने शांति बंध की शर्तों का उल्लंघन किया है। एआईएसए की अध्यक्ष नेहा बोहरा, जिन्हें हिरासत में लिया गया था, को रिहा कर दिया गया और उन्होंने कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति की आलोचना की, खासकर महिलाओं के लिए रात भर की हिरासत की वैधता पर सवाल उठाया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पुलिस ने हिरासत में लेने के कई घंटों बाद उन्हें कानूनी वकील से मिलने नहीं दिया।
