Tata Sons is planning its annual general meeting within a month but faces a quorum challenge due to a Maharashtra Charity Commissioner's order restricting SRTT meetings. This prevents the formation of a quorum, delaying crucial decisions like N Chandrasekaran's reappointment as director. The company is considering approaching the NCLT for a resolution, as NCLT can direct the company to hold the AGM and potentially waive quorum requirements.

टाटा संस एक महीने के अंदर अपनी सालाना आम बैठक (AGM) करने की सोच रही है। लेकिन, महाराष्ट्र चैरिटी कमिश्नर के एक आदेश की वजह से SRTT की मीटिंग्स पर रोक लग गई है, जिससे कोरम पूरा नहीं हो पा रहा है। इस वजह से एन. चंद्रशेखरन की डायरेक्टर के तौर पर दोबारा नियुक्ति जैसे ज़रूरी फैसले टल रहे हैं। कंपनी इस मामले को सुलझाने के लिए NCLT जाने पर विचार कर रही है।
