Amedia Land Scam: Bombay HC Questions Why Parth Pawar Wasn't Made Accused

The Bombay High Court has questioned why Parth Pawar was not made an accused in the Amedia Land Scam case. A bench led by Justice Madhav Jamdar expressed shock at the investigation officer's affidavit, noting it was surprising that an individual with 99% partnership was not held responsible, while someone with only 1% was. The court queried if the 99% partner would not benefit from such a large government land deal. The Public Prosecutor stated the benefit goes to the LLP, but the court pressed on who ultimately benefits.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने सवाल उठाया है कि पारिथ पवार को एमडीया लैंड स्कैम मामले में आरोपी क्यों नहीं बनाया गया। जस्टिस माधव जामदार की अगुवाई वाली बेंच ने जांच अधिकारी के हलफनामे पर हैरानी जताई। बेंच ने कहा कि यह हैरान करने वाली बात है कि 99% हिस्सेदारी वाले व्यक्ति को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया गया, जबकि सिर्फ 1% वाले को ठहराया गया। कोर्ट ने पूछा कि क्या 99% हिस्सेदारी वाले को इतने बड़े सरकारी जमीन सौदे से फायदा नहीं होगा। पब्लिक प्रॉसिक्यूटर ने कहा कि फायदा एलएलपी को जाता है, लेकिन कोर्ट ने पूछा कि आखिर फायदा किसे होता है।
