American citizen Matthew Aaron VanDyke, currently on default bail in a Myanmar militant training camp case, appeared before a special NIA court in Delhi. The court had previously granted him conditional permission to travel to the US for one month to visit his family. VanDyke was instructed to report his arrival within 72 hours of returning to India. He complied with this directive by appearing before the court, fulfilling the conditions set for his temporary departure.

म्यांमार के आतंकवादी प्रशिक्षण शिविर मामले में डिफ़ॉल्ट जमानत पर चल रहे अमेरिकी नागरिक मैथ्यू आरोन वैनडाइक दिल्ली की एक विशेष NIA अदालत में पेश हुए। अदालत ने पहले उन्हें अपने परिवार से मिलने के लिए एक महीने की अवधि के लिए अमेरिका की यात्रा की सशर्त अनुमति दी थी। वैनडाइक को भारत लौटने के 72 घंटे के भीतर अपने आगमन की रिपोर्ट करने का निर्देश दिया गया था। उन्होंने अदालत में पेश होकर इस निर्देश का पालन किया, जिससे उनकी अस्थायी प्रस्थान के लिए निर्धारित शर्तों को पूरा किया गया।
