Rupee Falls Against Dollar Amid Crude Price Rise

The Indian Rupee opened lower against the US dollar on Monday, weakening due to rising crude oil prices and Middle East tensions which boosted dollar demand. Foreign capital outflows from equity markets also contributed to the local currency's decline. Indian stock markets, including Sensex and Nifty, traded lower. This comes after India's foreign exchange reserves saw a notable increase in the previous week.
