Jagan Accuses State Election Commission of Complicity in Civic Poll Malpractices

YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has accused the State Election Commission (SEC) of complicity in electoral malpractices during the urban local body elections held on November 1. He stated that the SEC acted subserviently to the coalition government instead of protecting democracy. Reddy cited incidents in Pulivendula, where YSRCP agents were barred from booths, attacked, and voter slips were snatched, leading to alleged rigging.
