यूक्रेन से अगस्त में कृषि निर्यात में भारी गिरावट आई, जो सिर्फ़ 17.26 लाख टन रह गया। यह जुलाई के 32.87 लाख टन के मुकाबले लगभग 50% कम है। इस बड़ी कमी से देश के अहम कृषि क्षेत्र और वैश्विक बाज़ारों को सप्लाई करने की उसकी क्षमता पर पड़ रहे असर का पता चलता है। इससे खाद्य सुरक्षा और अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार पर भी असर पड़ सकता है।
