A last-minute shift swap, saved the life of a man named Siby. He was originally scheduled to work at the breakfast cold-food station that fateful morning. However, Siby was at home with his pregnant wife instead. This change in his schedule meant he was not present at the World Trade Center during the devastating terrorist attacks.
