The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has postponed party president Sukhbir Singh Badal’s ‘Punjab Bachao Yatra’ to. The decision was made following a meeting to strategize for the 2027 Punjab polls and gather feedback for the party manifesto. The yatra will now commence after paying obeisance at Takht Damdama Sahib. to 22, the yatra will cover 14 assembly constituencies, with Badal sharing his vision for the state. Additionally, SAD will raise issues of police high-handedness with the Punjab Human Rights Commission.

शिरोमणि अकाली दल (SAD) ने पार्टी अध्यक्ष सुखबीर सिंह बादल की 'पंजाब बचाओ यात्रा' को स्थगित कर दिया है। यह फैसला 2027 के पंजाब चुनावों के लिए रणनीति बनाने और पार्टी के घोषणापत्र के लिए सुझाव इकट्ठा करने के लिए एक बैठक के बाद लिया गया। यात्रा अब तख्त दमदमा साहिब में माथा टेकने के बाद शुरू होगी। 22 को शुरू होने वाली यह यात्रा 14 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों को कवर करेगी, जिसमें बादल राज्य के लिए अपनी योजना साझा करेंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, SAD पंजाब मानवाधिकार आयोग के साथ पुलिस की दादागिरी के मुद्दे भी उठाएगा।
