Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan once shared an interesting anecdote about how veteran actor Nana Patekar helped him get out of jail. In 1992, after his marriage, Khan was filming 'Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman' with Patekar. Angered by a journalist's report about his affair, Khan took a ceremonial sword gifted by his father-in-law and threatened the journalist, injuring someone. He was subsequently taken into police custody. Patekar intervened and helped Khan secure bail from an evening court, preventing him from spending the weekend in jail.
