Malkajgiri police have busted a land fraud network that targeted disputed and abandoned properties by impersonating owners and legal heirs. Two individuals, identified as real estate broker Mohd. Khaja Pasha and businessman Mohammed Zulfikhar Ali, have been arrested. Police seized forged property documents, 22 fake stamps and seals, and nine knives during the operation. The network allegedly identified vulnerable properties, gathered owner details, and used forged documents to attempt fraudulent sales or mortgages. An investigation is underway to identify all involved properties and determine the extent of the fraud.
