Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leader Ashutosh Ranka has launched a fresh attack on Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, calling him a "traitor" and stating his willingness to spend a lifetime in jail to remove such individuals. Ranka's remarks came after his release from preventive detention, along with other CJP leaders, by Delhi Police. The party had planned a protest at Jantar Mantar demanding Kumar's resignation over alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Despite the detentions, CJP vows to continue its campaign for fair elections.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के नेता आशुतोष रांका ने मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार पर एक बार फिर हमला बोला है। उन्होंने कुमार को "देशद्रोही" कहा और कहा कि ऐसे लोगों को हटाने के लिए वह उम्रकैद की सजा काटने को भी तैयार हैं। रांका की यह टिप्पणी दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा उन्हें और अन्य CJP नेताओं को निवारक हिरासत से रिहा करने के बाद आई है। पार्टी ने जंतर मंतर पर कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन की योजना बनाई थी। यह मांग चुनावी रोल के स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन में कथित अनियमितताओं को लेकर की गई थी। हिरासत में लिए जाने के बावजूद, CJP निष्पक्ष चुनावों के लिए अपना अभियान जारी रखने का संकल्प लिया है।
