A key figure, Rajesh Kumar, who once sold curried chickpeas and rice, is now reportedly a wealthy owner of a farmhouse and luxury vehicles, including a Mercedes seized by police. The scam targeted educated professionals and contractors, with victims losing substantial sums after initial small investments proved profitable.
