Karnataka HC Chief Justice Forms Panel on Circuit

Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Vibhu Bakhru has established a three-member committee to investigate the feasibility of setting up High Court circuit or permanent benches in several districts of coastal Karnataka and other regions. The committee, comprising Justices Anu Sivaraman, SG Pandit, and Mohammed Nawaz, will consult with stakeholders to assess the need and practicality of these benches. Their findings will be compiled into a report, which is expected to be submitted soon. This initiative aims to improve access to justice for residents in these districts.

कर्नाटक HC मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने सर्किट पर समिति बनाई

कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश विभु बखरु ने तटीय कर्नाटक और अन्य क्षेत्रों के कई जिलों में हाई कोर्ट सर्किट या स्थायी बेंच स्थापित करने की व्यवहार्यता की जांच के लिए तीन-सदस्यीय समिति का गठन किया है। समिति में जस्टिस अनु शिवरामन, एसजी पंडित और मोहम्मद नवाज शामिल हैं, जो इन बेंचों की आवश्यकता और व्यावहारिकता का आकलन करने के लिए हितधारकों से सलाह लेंगे। उनके निष्कर्षों को एक रिपोर्ट में संकलित किया जाएगा, जिसके जल्द ही प्रस्तुत होने की उम्मीद है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य इन जिलों के निवासियों के लिए न्याय तक पहुंच में सुधार करना है।
